Meet Matt Brown General Manager for Levy Restaurants at LACC

The Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC) is proud to welcome Matt Brown as General Manager of “Taste of LA” by Levy Restaurants.
Matt is a Levy veteran, with over five years of experience at the executive level. His CV includes time as an Executive Chef in Real Salt Lake’s Rio Tinto Stadium as well as the Director of Operations at Oracle Arena.
In 2016, Matt received the “Impact Player of the Year” award by Levy Restaurants during their annual Dream Team Recognition Event. Matt was selected for his leadership contribution, high standards in food and beverage, and commitment to Levy's partners in delivering the ultimate guest experience.
In his role at LACC, Matt will head up the entire food and beverage operations team and plans to implement new catering and premium offerings, a refresh on concessions – making the experience memorable with more chef involvement and elevated in-house cuisine.
“I’m looking forward to elevating the perception of convention center food; to bring a culinary presence that moves away from the traditional and evolves into a unique experience emphasizing the LA flavor,” said Matt.
